The following entities MUST be informed of the closing of a business:

1. The Chamber of Commerce & Industry – Removal from Commercial Registry.
2. A Notary – The discontinuance of your N.V./ B.V./ Partnership/ Foundation/ Association/ Partnership, etc.
3. Government –Inspectorate of Taxes (Tax Office) – Notify the Tax Dept. of your company’s closure.
4. Government –Department of Economic Affairs (TEATT) – Cancel your business license.
5. Social & Health Insurances (SZV) – Notify SZV of your company’s closure.
